It's been almost seven months already!
We are blissfully enjoying every moment of our life
here in San Mateo! Hawaii was wonderful and we enjoyed
many activities while we were there. Check
out the photos! Soon after we returned we were able
to spend a few days in Seattle, a very fun trip! In
November we headed to Monterey and in December we scurried
around for the holidays visiting family in CA and IL.
We are looking forward to London in April for Spring
Break!
Tara is currently working as a long term
sub at Woodside Elementary. She started the school year
in Kindergarten which took her to the middle of October.
In January she took another long term position teaching
4th-5th Spanish four days a week. She is thoroughly
enjoying it! April to June will see her in a 3rd grade
classroom, which she is also looking forward to. One
of her greatest joys is the volunteer work she is doing
for Holt International. Her official title is "Baby
Greeter", which is just what she does. Ask her
about it! In her spare time she is looking for a full
time position for the coming school year.
Christian has also been keeping himself
quite busy. He is still working for Conference Planners/George
P. Johnson, an event planning company in Burlingame.
He very much enjoys the work he is doing (Web Design/Database
Engineer) as well as the opportunity he has for travel.
He has kept his contract with PUC and continues to work
on several projects at home. He's done a great job with
this website if I do say so myself!
